Queen Elizabeth National Park is located in South Western Uganda. Along the way to the park are numerous crater lakes and attractive tourism experiences. Kasese town is the nearest centre for accomodation outside the park. Within the park is the famous Mweya Resort known for high class accomodation; there are other several resorts too.

When you enter the park, you will be welcomed by the various flora and fauna but most importantly the African Elephants, African Kob, Buffaloes, Hippos, Lions and several other wild animals. The park is bordered by Lake George and Edward and there is a channel where these two lakes meet called the Kazinga Channel. Its here at the channel that you find animals such as Elephants, Buffaloes, Hippos and birds bathing in the water. Its amazing once you ride on a boat seeing these creatures in a natural setting.
