Under our management scheme we ensure that your property is looked after in all aspects. We also carry out regular inspections to ensure that the property is kept in a tenantable state.  We organize necessary maintenance through our own qualified handymen and oversee the work so that it is adequately carried out. When the tenancy ends/terminated we check the property thoroughly from floor to ceiling and use deposits to attend to any damages whatsoever.
