This four bed-roomed Bungalow situated at Mpererwe, Mugalu Zone belongs to a Ugandan living in America. He assigned JEROME RICHARDS LTD with the task of providing to him quotations of the remaining job at his property i.e. Plumbing, Fixing the ceiling, electrical installations, compound leveling including designing and others before he could secure a loan and later rent out the premises.

With due respect to many of our Ugandan Brothers and Sisters living  in the Diaspora particularly in regard to the  way they make ends meet , we advised him to put the project on hold since it would cost him $15000 and yet the rental value for such a big house even when completed would not match his investment plans and instead advised him to invest in land which to us was a worthwhile deal.
