This Three Bed roomed “Kajjansi” roofed bungalow is located in an up coming area of Kampala. It boasts of a panoramic view of the boisterous scenery of Kampala and sits on a 35 Decimal piece of Mailo land. The owner who is a resident in Germany has taken time to come up with his masterpiece in anticipation that when his circumstances change in Europe, he shall be assured of a place of abode back home.

His journey to success has not been an easy one but with determination he has todate put up a perimeter wall (although unfinished) and has virtually completed the boys’ quarters and the main house. In fact he is just waiting to paint and fix window panes to start living there.

He contracted us to manage his construction work most notably putting in place a sewerage system, Electrical installation of the Boys’ quarter section and designing the compound which work we are so proud to have accomplished in the shortest time.

His project and many others that we have handled, give us the belief that no matter how long you have lived away from home (his case is of 10 years), determination only is the key to personal success.  So, why not entrust your construction developments to people who understand your circumstances?
