This consortium of seven two-bedroom semi-detached bungalows still under construction belongs to a Ugandan living in England.

Seated on acreage of 25 decimals of Private Mailo land in Kawempe-Tula, the owner plans to modify his plot into an estate to accommodate seven families.

They comprise of spacious rooms that include sitting rooms, kitchens, stores, shared bathrooms and backyard space just suitable for a medium size family.

Although construction work is supervised by Jerome Richards Limited and the owner himself, it took an amazing 14days to build the first block of three bungalows from the foundation to the wall plate level.

The owner saved resources by timing his work holiday from England to coincide with the period he was to spend back home in order to come up with this amazing piece of work.
