usually rent out a property within 4 weeks or

1. Straight Letting
This commission based service is suitable for
landlords who live close to the property they are
letting and or have a different arrangement to deal
with repairs and maintenance. In this respect

we shall provide a rental evaluation, marketing,
selection and credit checking of all potential
tenants, we there after introduce you to the best
qualified tenant.
Our commision rates are as follows:
If the tenant pays 1 years rent upfront then our commision is 1 months rent,
If the tenant pays 6 months rent upfront then our commision is half a months rent,
If the tenant pays less than 6 months rent upfront then our commision is 10% of total amount paid.

Rent Collection
Periodical rent collection is suitable for landlords
who wish us to collect the rent and liaise with
tenants but are able to deal with all repairs and
maintenance.
We will collect the rent on your
behalf, and ensure that you receive a regular
monthly/quarterly or as agreed income from your
property. This service entails all aspects of the
Straight Letting service.
Our commision ranges between 10% - 15% depending on the size of the dwelling.

3. Complete Property Management
Complete Property Management is
particularly designed for landlords who are abroad
or live far away from the property and those who own
many properties. This service provides you and your
tenants with an instant point of contact. A regular
property inspection is carried out and a full report
is submitted to you. Maintenance and urgent repairs
are carried out immediately.
A management fee of UG shs. 500,000 is required to be deposited with us to cater for routine repairs but depending on the nature and cost of work to be done we seek approval from the landlord before the maintainance works are effected.
Our commision ranges from 5% - 8%.
